Terms of Service
Basics
➤ Payment will be through USD Paypal, Ko-fi, or QuickPay
➤ Payment may be upfront or after the first sketch
If you do not pay after I send the sketch I will not continue with the piece until it gets paid.
➤ I reserve the right to decline anything I don't feel comfortable with drawing.
➤ Please be aware that IRL is very hectic and I suffer from bad mental health. I ask you be patient with me.
➤ I deliver updates and WIPs as they come, including that I have received the commission form.
If I don't contact you within 48 hours that the form has gone through please contact me so I can double check my email.
➤ If you are able to please provide a visual reference of what you want me to draw. Even if its a quick MSPaint drawing, it doesn't matter, they're honestly the best way to know what I have to do.
If you do not have a visual reference you can give me a written description, however please right them in specific bullet points to avoid sending a wall of text

➤ The commissioner is free to use the artwork for personal use (icon, headers, etc) but please credit me
➤PLEASE DO NOT use my artwork for profit including using them as merch, prints, clothing, selling them, or claiming them as your own
➤ You do not hold the right to sell / mint your commissions for NFT. DO NOT USE MY ART FOR ANYTHING NFT RELATED.
➤ As the artist I hold the right to use the commissioned artwork to promote myself and post it anywhere

Basic Package: $15-20 USD
includes neutral background, 1 fullbody, personality traits, basic about information (name, age, height, etc), list of accessories, color palette, misc written information
Bonus Package: $25-35 USD
everything in basic but includes a second fullbody, a growth chart, any different forms or alt designs, expressions chart, trivia notes
recommended for complex character designs / characters with a lot of info

have a design idea but can't draw it? I'll do it for you! send me a description of what you want and I'll recreate it for you
one flat colored fullbody with a transparent background. refer to the Adopts / Design section of the TOS for more details
Simple: $20 USD each , +$5 for an extra fullbody
Complex: $25 USD each , +$5 for an extra fullbody

Adopts / Design Commissions
➤ The above TOS applies
➤ You are able to trade / resell the adopt or design, however please credit my artwork and inform me on who you gave it to (this is so I don't immediately assume they stole it from you)
➤ You are free to use the adopt/design for any oc stories, roleplays, character profile sites, and other personal use as you please. I generally give out blank slates so you can do whatever you want with them.
➤ You are the owner of the character, but not the design. Do not claim to be the latter. If you use the character anywhere please credit me for the design work.
➤ You do not have to send me a reference for a design commission, but please deliver clear elements (eye color, markings, species, etc) on what you have in mind. Google photos for what you want specifically is not required but encouraged.
➤ Design commissions have top priority when it comes to progress shots. I send in the sketch, the color test, detail sketches, etc etc. This is to ensure that I am delivering what you wanted.
